Li Jingda, post-85 Taiwan youth is the founder of Xinjingrui Tungsten Steel (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. In fact, he has started his business in Xiamen for many years. Since his parents were engaged in manufacturing in Xiamen earlier, the good entrepreneurial environment in Xiamen told by his parents attracted him deeply. When the mainland proposed the “The Belt and Road” initiative, Li Jingda firmly came to Xiamen and started a business.

In September 2013, Li Jingda and several partners came to the mainland to start a business, and officially founded Xinjingrui Tungsten Steel (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. in the next year. However, the lack of understanding of the mainland's tax policy kept them in the groping phase, so they moved sideways to look for work space to provide enterprise with a better growth environment. As the only work space stationed in the demonstration base of the general legal education of tax in Xiamen, the youth entrepreneurship base on both sides of the Taiwan Straits has drawn his attention. “The interaction between the entrepreneurial base and the tax authorities is very close. In the base of the general legal education, Li Jingda learned a lot of preferential tax policies. He realized that making full use of preferential tax policies can save taxes and reduce the burden on enterprises. He has calculated an account. Since its establishment, the company has enjoyed a total income tax exemption of 54,000 in preferential tax policies for small and micro businesses from 2015 to 2017, and handled an export tax exemption of 540,000. I can learn the tax policies without being there. The most important thing is that I learned from the live broadcast that we are qualified to apply to small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises. Once approved, we can enjoy preferential tax policies.”

With the help of tax officials, Li Jingda, who has obtained the qualification of high-tech enterprises, successfully passed the registration publicity of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprise. “These 'gold-lettered signboards' are of great significance. On the one hand, they have enormous amount of power for our entrepreneurial road, on the other hand, they coincide with the increase in the national R&D expenditure plus deduction discount. It is expected to reduce the tax by more than 430,000 Yuan in the next two years, which will greatly accelerate capital flow of enterprises.”

At present, the high-end tungsten steel screws and nuts researched and developed by the company is widely praised by the market are sold well in the market for their high hardness, wear resistance, high strength and toughness, heat and corrosion resistance and other excellent performances. The original enterprise size has been far from meeting the demand of the markets. Li Jingda rents a factory of nearly 1,000 square meters and begins mass production of tungsten steel materials, which are sold to the China mainland and Southeast Asia, and gradually enter international market.
